Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Refunds 1. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. 2. The following cancellation charges will apply: • More than 14 days before the activity: 10% of the total cost • 7-14 days before the activity: 50% of the total cost • Less than 7 days before the activity: 100% of the total cost 3. Milestone reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an activity due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or any other unforeseen circumstances. 4. If Milestone cancels an activity, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
